An agent sits on top of models, calls tools and touches the systems around it, so governing it in a separate silo means the picture is split exactly where it most needs to be whole. Agent runtime identities. Each agent carries a runtime identity, so its actions in other systems are attributable to the agent rather than to a shared credential nobody can unpick later. Part of Pro.
Runtime constraints, suspension and re-scoping. Tool permissions and action scope are enforced in the request path through Aicura's guardrails and gateway, and an agent can be suspended or re-scoped when its behaviour calls for it. Part of Pro.

Accountability for AI cannot be delegated to the AI, and that does not change because a system is designed to act without a human at each step. Every agent in Aicura has a named human owner, its risk picture is put in front of that owner and the decisions about its scope stay with them.
