Governance that doesn't stop at go-live

The assessment described the system on the day you signed it. Aicura's monitoring notices when the system stops matching that description, watching drift, quality movement, vendor model changes and thresholds that tell a person to look.

The cost of a problem scales with how long it runs

The pattern across AI failures, from automated decision schemes to trading systems, is not that nobody assessed the risk. It is that the system kept running after its behaviour left the assessed envelope, and the time between the departure and its detection is where the damage compounded. Governance that ends at approval has no way to notice.

Aicura's monitoring closes the loop. The signals land against the same register entries the assessments hang off, so when the picture moves, the movement is visible to the people accountable for the system rather than to a dashboard nobody owns.

What monitoring covers

Dynamic risk scoring. A live risk indicator per system that moves with the signals, so the register shows current risk rather than the risk as at last review.

Drift and quality signals. Movement in behaviour and output quality against the system as assessed, surfaced before it becomes an incident.

Thresholds and alerting. You decide what movement matters, and a person is told when it happens. Monitoring prompts humans, it does not replace them.

Vendor model change signals. For the AI you consume rather than build, the changes vendors make underneath you are exactly where drift comes from, so they are watched too.

Telemetry, value and spend. Telemetry ingestion and MLOps evidence ingestion bring your existing stack's signals into the governance record, and value, KPI and spend tracking keep the other side of the ledger visible, meaning what the AI is actually delivering and costing.

Monitoring is part of the Enterprise tier, and everything it observes lands in the governance record alongside the enforcement events and the assessments, so the story of each system stays in one place.

Indicators, not verdicts

Monitoring output is operational signal, meaning risk indicators, drift measures and trends. None of it is a compliance verdict and none of it tells the business yes. Aicura provides guidance, not legal advice, and does not certify, audit or issue a compliance verdict. What a moving indicator means for a system, and what to do about it, stays with the owner the alert reaches.

The guide on monitoring AI systems for drift covers the practice, whichever tooling you use for it.
