Most of the market answers with an enterprise sales process before you can find out. Aicura answers with a free tier, because the true picture should not cost anything to establish.
The Register tier is the whole inventory job. One AI Register holds your systems and agents, each with its own record, versioned as things change. Entries arrive four ways: typed in by hand, prefilled from Aicura's catalogues of known AI systems and agents, extracted from a completed Helper PDF or promoted from a discovery suggestion.
What free includes
The AI Register. Systems and agents in one register, up to 10 on the free band, with prefill catalogues and Helper PDF intake so building it is faster than a spreadsheet.
Shadow AI discovery. A monthly scan allowance against connectors spanning identity, device, cloud, ITSM, code and workspace sources, with a suggestion queue and recorded decisions. The discovery page covers how it works.
Reports. AI system and agent reports, so what you know can be shared with the people who ask.
The workspace around it. Dashboard, news, the library, notifications, user management and support.
Paid Register bands lift the caps for larger inventories, and the tiers above add the governance work. Privacy brings the ADM privacy review, Essentials brings assessments, policies and guardrail authoring, and Pro brings enforcement, incidents and the Evidence Vault surface. No catch, no expiry, no tracking
The free tier does not expire. We take a card at signup and it is not charged while you stay on it. Aicura never tracks site visitors or users, never trains models on customer content and hosts everything in AWS Sydney. The register you build is yours, and it carries forward untouched if you later move up a tier.
